Pure Resources Limited announces a non-renounceable entitlement issue aiming to raise approximately $350,144 through the offering of new shares and options. The issue price is set at $0.10 per new share, with shareholders receiving one new share for every 12.14 shares held, plus an attaching option. The offer, which is not underwritten, will close on 22 August 2024.
