Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited has announced the issuance of 5 million new shares at $0.14 each to Dolphin Corporate Investments, as part of a $3 million At-The-Market financing arrangement. This move, made without a prospectus, is aimed at bolstering the company’s clean energy and hydrogen fuel project development, as well as its expansion into natural gas projects and investments in early-stage clean energy companies.
