Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited Registered Shs (AU:PH2) has released an update.
Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited has sold its 30% stake in the Serowe CBM project in Botswana to its operator, Botala Energy Ltd, for 14.5 million shares and a potential $750,000 milestone payment. The deal boosts Pure Hydrogen’s ownership in Botala to 23.2% and allows the company to concentrate on its hydrogen technology ventures without further investment in the Serowe project’s development. The partnership also continues through a 50:50 joint venture, Botswana H2, focused on green energy and hydrogen production initiatives in Southern Africa.
