Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited has partnered with the City of Newcastle to supply and lease a hydrogen fuel cell waste collection vehicle for a 12-month trial, with potential for a four-year extension. This agreement highlights Pure Hydrogen’s progress towards becoming Australia’s leading supplier of hydrogen-powered heavy vehicles, as it marks their fifth Australian order alongside ongoing trials for a hydrogen-powered Prime Mover. The City of Newcastle aims to use this trial as a step towards achieving a net-zero carbon footprint from its vehicles and equipment within the next decade.
