Pure Foods Tasmania Ltd. (AU:PFT) has released an update.

Pure Foods Tasmania Ltd has announced a rights issue aiming to raise $2.2 million to fund working capital, acquisitions, and capital improvements. Eligible shareholders can purchase one new share for every two they own at $0.04 each, with the offer being non-renounceable and targeting organic growth and production efficiencies. The raised funds will also contribute to paying off short-term debts and driving new product development.
