Pure Foods Director Increases Shareholding

Pure Foods Tasmania Ltd. (AU:PFT) has released an update.

Pure Foods Tasmania Ltd has announced a change in the interests of director Malcolm McAully, who has increased his indirect holdings in the company through BFADM Pty Ltd and the McAully Investment Trust. McAully now indirectly holds a total of 2,729,492 ordinary shares through BFADM Pty Ltd and 150,000 ordinary shares through the trustee, following the acquisition of additional shares valued at $7,198.96. No securities were disposed of in this transaction, which was part of a rights issue acceptance.
