Pure Foods Director Bolsters Shareholding

Pure Foods Tasmania Ltd. (AU:PFT) has released an update.

In an update from Pure Foods Tasmania Ltd., Director Ken Fleming has increased his indirect stake in the company through the Rottcodd Superannuation Fund Account, acquiring 562,500 ordinary shares at $0.04 each, totaling $22,500. This transaction has raised his total number of shares to 3,294,475. The shares were obtained as part of a rights issue acceptance.
