Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. has announced that its partner SLB has met the technical milestones required to earn 100% ownership of the Clayton Valley lithium project in Nevada. The successful operation of the sustainable lithium demonstration plant, capable of producing lithium carbonate for batteries, allows SLB to take ownership while Pure Energy will receive a 3% net smelter return royalty.
