Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. has issued 800,000 stock options to its directors, officers, and consultants, with a vesting period of one year and an exercise price of C$0.30 per share. The company also announced the appointment of Ms. Ann Fehr as Corporate Secretary, acknowledging her predecessor’s contributions. Pure Energy, known for its significant lithium resource holdings in Nevada, continues to advance its Clayton Valley Project in partnership with SLB.
