Punjab National Bank has announced a change in its Statutory Central Auditors for the financial year 2025-26, following a directive from the Reserve Bank of India. M/s P S D & Associates, Chartered Accountants, has ceased to be part of the bank’s Statutory Central Auditor team with immediate effect, as per an RBI communication dated 25 March 2026.
The bank confirmed that four existing firms, Ummed Jain & Co., N K Bhargava & Co., Prem Gupta & Co., and P A & Associates, will continue as Statutory Central Auditors for 2025-26.
