Puma VCT 13 PLC has successfully completed its share issuance, raising up to £70 million through the final allotment of 2,249,661 Ordinary Shares, priced between £1.2809 and £1.3210. The offer, initially detailed in a prospectus dated 19 September 2023, is now closed, with the company’s total issued shares reaching 123,784,967. These shares are slated for admission to the Official List of the FCA and trading on the London Stock Exchange, with trading expected to begin around 11 July 2024.
