Puma Exploration Inc. has successfully completed the sale of its Chester Project to Raptor Resources Ltd., receiving AUD $500,000 and 4 million unlisted Raptor shares, with an agreement for conversion upon Raptor’s future IPO or RTO. Despite challenging market conditions and Raptor withdrawing its IPO prospectus, the transaction allows Puma to focus on developing its Williams Brook Gold Project and enhancing shareholder value.
