Pulsar Helium Discloses Reduction in Major Shareholder ABCrescent’s Stake

Pulsar Helium, Inc. ( (TSE:PLSR) ) has provided an update.

Pulsar Helium Inc. reported a change in the shareholding of significant investor ABCrescent Cooperatief U.A., which disposed of 5,300,000 units, an additional 1,075,000 common shares, and separately acquired 75,000 common shares. Following these transactions, ABC now controls 13,956,737 common shares, equal to 7.54% of Pulsar’s issued and outstanding stock.

If the 5,300,000 non-transferable forward purchase rights attached to the disposed units are exercised, ABC’s interest would decrease to 8,656,737 common shares, or about 4.67% of the current share capital. The adjustment in holdings alters the ownership profile of one of Pulsar’s major shareholders, which may be of interest to investors tracking shifts in control and liquidity in the company’s shares.
