An announcement from Access Intelligence ( (GB:PULS) ) is now available.

Pulsar Group reported a strong FY25 performance, with group annual recurring revenue rising to £64.5m, driven mainly by its EMEA and North America operations and accelerating growth in APAC. Revenue was about £61m with 97% recurring, while a restructuring and technology rationalisation programme delivered more than £7m of annualised cost savings and lifted adjusted EBITDA to roughly £10.2m and a 16.5% margin.

Net debt stood at £5.6m at the November year-end due to one-off restructuring costs but has been cut to £2.7m in the first 12 weeks of FY26 thanks to strong free cash flow, marking an inflection point in cash generation. The group also advanced its Agentic AI strategy with launches such as TeamMates, Lumina, Pulsar CLEAR and Crisis Oracle, moves that expand its addressable market and underpin management’s confidence in sustainable, profitable growth and improved industry positioning in AI-led communications and compliance intelligence.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:PULS) stock is a Hold with a £35.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Access Intelligence stock, see the GB:PULS Stock Forecast page.
