Access Intelligence ( (GB:PULS) ) has issued an update.

Pulsar Group plc has disclosed changes in the shareholdings connected to non-executive director Max Royde, following the transfer of 106,500 ordinary shares out of Kestrel Partners LLP’s discretionary management due to a reorganisation of two client portfolios. The shares remain with the same beneficial owners, meaning there is no change in ultimate economic exposure for those investors.

Royde, a partner in Kestrel and investor in the Kestrel Opportunities Fund, is deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities’ entire holding of Pulsar shares, which totals 20,227,082 ordinary shares. In aggregate, Kestrel’s various clients now control voting rights over 38,708,742 Pulsar shares, representing about 28.55% of the company’s total voting rights, underscoring Kestrel’s continuing position as a significant shareholder and influential voting bloc in the company.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:PULS) stock is a Hold with a £35.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Access Intelligence stock, see the GB:PULS Stock Forecast page.
