Pulmonx Announces Executive Leadership Transition and Board Changes

Pulmonx (LUNG) has released an update.

Glendon E. French stepped down as President and CEO of Pulmonx Corporation, transitioning to a Senior Advisor role before ending his tenure with the company. Meanwhile, Steven S. Williamson, with a background in medical technology and leadership roles at notable companies, has been appointed as the new President and CEO. Williamson’s compensation includes a significant base salary, bonus potential, and stock options. Alissa Hsu Lynch will also depart from the board, which will reduce in size following her exit. These executive and board changes have been officially announced by the company.
