Pujiang International Group Limited has appointed HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as its new Auditor effective from 17 July 2024, following the resignation of BDO. The Board and Audit Committee believe the new appointment will enhance the audit process efficiency, particularly for the unresolved matters and the upcoming annual results. The company’s shares will continue to be suspended on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange until the Resumption Guidance is fulfilled, with further updates to be announced in compliance with Listing Rules.
