PTX Metals Inc. has announced a share consolidation which is expected to increase flexibility and align shareholder interests as the company advances its mineral projects. The consolidation will reduce the number of outstanding shares from over 370 million to approximately 92.5 million, subject to regulatory approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange. PTX Metals, with their key projects in northern Ontario, has also recently completed a private placement to further fund their exploration endeavors.
