PTX Metals Inc. successfully closed an over-subscribed private placement, raising $3.42 million to support its projects in Ontario. Over 60 investors participated, and the funds will help advance exploration programs for its copper-nickel-PGE and gold projects. The company plans to reveal detailed exploration strategies in January 2025.
