PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has reported a ransomware attack on the Cloud Computing Service of the National Data Center, affecting essential public services and 239 tenants. The incident disrupted key functions, including the autogate and airport crossing system, and prompted the company to activate a Crisis Center to coordinate recovery efforts with stakeholders. Services related to immigration, event permits, and halal certification are among those that have been restored.
