Psyched Wellness Ltd., specializing in health and wellness products derived from the Amanita Muscaria mushroom, has successfully completed its final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising US$2.5 million with support from Gotham Green Partners. The total capital raised through this initiative has reached US$7.5 million, which the company plans to use for working capital and general corporate purposes. The final tranche involved the issuance of 48,889,284 Units, with each unit comprising a common share and a warrant, under specific terms outlined in previous releases.
