Psyched Wellness Ltd., a Toronto-based health company, successfully closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, securing gross proceeds of approximately C$3.42 million by issuing nearly 48.9 million units. Additionally, the company has begun a significant partnership with Zerkalo, LLC to develop and market a new product, committing $2.25 million in cash and issuing over 35 million advisory warrants to Zerkalo as part of the agreement.
