Karsten Trippel will not seek re-election to the Supervisory Board of PSI Software SE after differing views on the board’s future with key shareholder Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV. His current term as chairman will conclude at the end of the Annual General Meeting on July 26, 2024. PSI Software SE, known for its energy and materials flow optimization software, remains unaffected in its operations and other proposed shareholder candidates will still be presented for election.
