PSC Insurance Group Ltd has announced that the Federal Court of Australia has authorized the convening of shareholder meetings to vote on the company’s proposed acquisition by Rosedale Bidco Pty Ltd, part of The Ardonagh Group. The meetings will discuss a scheme of arrangement providing cash and/or scrip consideration to shareholders, with an Independent Expert deeming the scheme in their best interests. Shareholders can attend the meetings in person or online on 26 September 2024, and are advised to consult the Scheme Booklet for further details on participation and voting.
