PSC Insurance Group Endorses Acquisition Scheme

PSC Insurance Group Ltd. (AU:PSI) has released an update.

PSC Insurance Group has announced the registration of the Scheme Booklet with ASIC, detailing the proposed acquisition of PSC by Rosedale Bidco Pty Ltd, part of The Ardonagh Group. The booklet contains an Independent Expert’s Report by FTI Consulting, which endorses the scheme as ‘in the best interests’ of PSC shareholders, absent a superior offer. PSC Directors unanimously recommend shareholders vote in favor, with the Scheme Booklet available online and being dispatched to shareholders for thorough review before voting.
