PSC Insurance Group Limited is set for suspension from trading on the ASX, effective at the market close on October 2, 2024, following the Federal Court of Australia’s approval of a takeover scheme by Rosedale Bidco Pty Ltd. The scheme is legally effective, with PSC shares expected to cease quotation and the company to be removed from the official ASX list by October 11, 2024.
