PSC Insurance Group Acquisition Advances

PSC Insurance Group Ltd. (AU:PSI) has released an update.

Shareholders of PSC Insurance Group have approved the acquisition by Rosedale Bidco Pty Ltd, with the buyout priced at $6.19 per share. This approval advances the scheme of arrangement toward finalization, contingent on Federal Court approval and the satisfaction of remaining conditions. If effectuated, the deal will suspend trading of PSC shares on October 2, 2024, with full implementation expected by October 11, 2024.
