Prudential ( (GB:PRU) ) has shared an update.

Prudential plc reported a minor reduction in its share capital following the repurchase and cancellation of 350,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.05 each. The shares, which were bought back on 22 December 2025 at an issue price of GBP 11.4729 and cancelled on 24 December 2025, represent approximately 0.0137% of the company’s issued share base, trimming the total number of shares in issue to just under 2.55 billion and signalling continued use of buybacks as a capital management tool.
