Prudential PLC has successfully repurchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of GBP 6.4541 each, with the transaction conducted through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange. The company plans to cancel the acquired shares, which will result in its total number of shares in issue being reduced to 2,727,748,162. This buyback aligns with the authorization from Prudential’s shareholders and adheres to market regulations.
