Prudential plc has repurchased 317,142 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each on 2 February 2026 from JP Morgan Securities plc under a previously announced buyback arrangement and shareholder authority granted at its 2025 AGM. The shares, acquired on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of £12.0211, will be cancelled, reducing the company’s shares in issue and setting the total number of voting rights at 2,541,851,765, a figure that shareholders will use for regulatory disclosure purposes under FCA transparency rules and in the context of London and Hong Kong share buy-back regulations.
