Prudential plc has announced a first interim scrip dividend for 2024 at 6.84 US cents per share, offering shareholders the option to receive new shares instead of a cash payout. The set ‘Scrip Reference Price’ is US$8.046366 per new share, with eligibility conditions based on shareholding as of specific dates in September 2024.
