Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has notified major stock exchanges of a significant change in share ownership. UBS Group AG, through its investment bank and global wealth management divisions, has crossed a threshold in voting rights, now holding a total of 5.415169% in Prudential. The notification follows a recent acquisition or disposal of voting rights by UBS.
