The PRS REIT Plc has resolved a boardroom dispute by reaching an agreement with requisitioning shareholders, resulting in the withdrawal of a Requisition Notice and upcoming changes to its Board of Directors. Non-executive Chairman Steve Smith will step down, with Geeta Nanda taking over as Interim Chair, and Robert Naylor and Christopher Mills will join as non-executive Directors. This move is aimed at balancing shareholder views, respecting governance principles, and focusing on value maximisation for all shareholders.
