Stephen Smith, the Non-executive Chairman of The PRS REIT plc, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 60,000 shares, bringing his total ownership to 0.08% of the firm. This investment demonstrates confidence in the company’s strategy of investing in high-quality, new build family homes for the private rental sector. The REIT has a significant presence in the UK housing market, with over 5,300 new rental homes, and is supported by investments from the UK Government’s Homes England.
