ProVen VCT Welcomes New Director James Barbour-Smith

ProVen VCT plc has announced the appointment of James Barbour-Smith as a Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive experience in finance and private equity to the board. James will also take on the role of Audit Committee Chair post the retirement of long-serving Non-Executive Director Barry Dean, who will be succeeded by Lorna Tilbian as the Senior Independent Director. The company expresses gratitude to Barry Dean for his 18 years of service and contributions to the company’s growth.
