ProVen VCT plc has expanded its equity base by issuing 1,238,648 new Ordinary Shares at 63.85p each, following the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme related to the dividend paid on August 16, 2024. The new shares will be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange, with expectations set around August 30, 2024. This issuance brings the total number of Ordinary Shares to 269,816,690, all carrying voting rights.
