ProVen VCT plc and ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc have announced the issuance of a supplementary prospectus following their offers to raise up to £40 million in new shares, a move mandated by recent regulatory requirements and the companies’ latest annual financial reports. This additional legal documentation is now accessible to the public through the Financial Conduct Authority and ProVen’s website.
