ProVen VCT plc has announced the issuance of 2,592,761 new Ordinary Shares at an average price of 67.6p, following their offer for subscription that began on January 16, 2024. These shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and will have equal rights with the current shares. The company’s issued share capital now stands at 269,488,787 Ordinary Shares after the allotment.
