ProVen VCT plc and ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc have collectively launched a new share offer aiming to raise up to £30 million, with the possibility of an additional £10 million over-allotment. The offer, detailed in a prospectus published on 16 January 2024, has now been extended until 27 September 2024. This extension allows more time for investors to participate in the offer which was initially set to close earlier.
