ProVen VCT plc and ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc are extending their joint offer to raise up to £30 million through the issue of new ordinary shares, with the possibility of an additional £10 million over-allotment. The offer, originally launched on January 16, 2024, will now remain open until June 28, 2024, subject to full subscription or board approval for earlier closure. This extension provides an additional opportunity for investors to participate in the companies’ growth prospects.
