ProVen VCT plc has successfully completed a share buyback on August 1, 2024, where it acquired 910,745 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 60.66p each, resulting in a reduction of 0.34% of the class in issue. These shares were subsequently cancelled, reflecting the company’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
