ProVen VCT plc has completed the allotment of 3,343,547 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 66.5p, following the closure of their combined subscription offer with ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc. The shares, which will trade on the London Stock Exchange, will have the same rights as the existing shares, bringing the company’s issued share capital to 272,053,498 Ordinary Shares. The offer, which began on 16 January 2024, successfully closed on 27 September 2024.
