ProVen VCT plc has expanded its equity base with the admission to trading of 6,464,497 new ordinary shares of 10p each on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, issued under its joint offer for subscription with ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc. The new stock, which is fully fungible with existing shares, takes the trust’s total ordinary shares in issue to 292,989,153 as of 18 March 2026, underscoring continued investor demand for VCT exposure and providing additional capital for investment in growth-focused portfolio companies.
