Provaris Energy Ltd has announced that Director Martin Carolan has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 250,000 shares at $0.04 each, under the company’s Share Purchase Plan, bringing his total holdings to 16,500,000 ordinary shares and 5,000,000 performance rights. The transaction reflects a direct and indirect interest through his associations with Marjack Holdings Pty Ltd and Full Circle Strategy Pty Ltd.
