Proto Labs ( (PRLB) ) has issued an announcement.
Bjoern Klaas, the ex-Vice President and General Manager of Proto Labs’ EMEA region, has reached a settlement with the company concerning his departure. The agreement includes a severance package featuring a cash payout equal to his annual base salary, a pro-rated bonus, the accelerated vesting of stock options and restricted stock units, and a calculated settlement for performance stock unit awards. Additionally, Klaas’s post-employment non-compete and non-solicitation obligations have been waived, and he will receive half his base salary for one year as part of the resolution.
