Proto Corp. has uncovered false transactions conducted by a former employee, resulting in false sales of 1,959 million yen and false costs of 2,130 million yen between August 2014 and March 2024. The company is working on revising previous financial statements and aims to prevent future occurrences by implementing additional measures. They plan to submit updated reports and announce financial results by December 20, 2024.
