ProStar Holdings Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, raising approximately US$1 million by selling over 8.7 million units at C$0.16 each. These funds are earmarked for sales, marketing, and working capital. Notably, director Wayne Moore participated in the tranche, acquiring a significant number of units, which has shifted his ownership stake and may lead to further market activity on his part.
