ProStar Holdings Inc. has initiated a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to C$2.5 million by offering over 15 million units at C$0.16 each, with each unit including a share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds from this offering are earmarked for sales, marketing, and working capital needs. The company has also decided to discontinue previously announced convertible debenture financing and warrant repricing plans.
