Prospex Oil and Gas (GB:PXEN) has released an update.
Prospex Energy PLC is set to enhance its portfolio and its contribution to Spain’s energy security with a £3.27 million fundraising initiative aimed at acquiring a stake in the Viura Field in Spain, a significant natural gas producer. The fundraising includes a combination of a Placing, Subscription, and Retail Offer, with Heyco Energy Group showing confidence in Prospex by becoming its largest shareholder. The funds will support Prospex’s investment in HEI, part funding new development wells, and increasing gas production.
