Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited has announced the closure of its register of members from June 21 to June 28, 2024, for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for June 28, 2024. Shareholders must complete all transfer forms and submit them before June 20 to be eligible to vote. Additionally, the company has advised that trading of its shares will remain suspended until further notice, as has been the case since April 2, 2024.
